As a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Chad has B.A. in Marketing with a minor in Communications. Chad joined WorldBridge Partners in 2001, after coming from another technology focused recruiting agency. As a Senior Partner, Chad consistently exceeds his revenue goals and has been ranked as a MRI (Management Recruiters International)Top 10 Account Executive the last several years in a row. In 2009 he was awarded MRI Global Networks, Senior Certified Account Manager (CSAM) of the year.

Chad specializes in the recruitment of Sr. Sales professionals and VP's in the technology industry. Some areas of focus include outsourced BPO call center services, medical transcription and billng services, digital publishing and content outsourcing services as well as ERP and CRM Software.
